Return & Refund Policy

All our phones are tested and checked before shipping. Since we deal in second-hand devices, returns or refunds are accepted only in case of:

- Wrong product received

- Product damaged during delivery

- Major issue not mentioned in product details

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as per the case. Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or change of mind are not covered under return.
